Vijay, Vijay, is the youngest son of Rajendran Palanisamy, a billionaire entrepreneur portrayed by R. Sarathkumar. Disowned for refusing to join the family business, he carves his own path by launching a food-delivery startup that mirrors his practical, hands-on approach and modern sensibilities.

Seven years later, Rajendran Palanisamy is diagnosed with stage IV pancreatic cancer, with only 8 to 10 months to live. He decides to reveal his terminal condition and appoint one of his two elder sons, Jai Rajendran, Srikanth or Ajay Rajendran, Shaam, as his successor before his death. Rajendran plans to celebrate his 60th birthday and announce the news afterward, hoping to test the loyalty and resolve of his heirs under pressure.

Vijay is invited back home by his mother Sudha Rajendran, Jayasudha. When he arrives, he finds the house in disarray: Jai is cheating on his wife, Aarthi, Sangeetha Krish, and is entangled with another woman, Smita, Nandini Rai, while neglecting his spoiled daughter Ria. Ajay is deep in debt, owing over ₹550 crore (US$65 million) to Mukesh, Ganesh Venkatraman, and prepared to leak tender details to their father’s rival, Jayaprakash “JP” Prakash Raj. The two elder brothers remain estranged, each trying to outmaneuver the other in the race to succession.

Into this tense family web steps Divya, Rashmika Mandanna, Aarthi’s younger sister, who has harbored a crush on Vijay since her sister’s wedding. Their connection deepens as recent events threaten to tear the family apart, adding a hopeful romantic thread to the political and corporate drama swirling around Rajendran’s empire.

During Rajendran’s 60th birthday celebration, JP, aided by Smita and Mukesh, exposes the duplicity of Jai and Ajay, devastating the family’s trust and unity. Aarthi decides to file for divorce from Jai after learning of his affair with Smita, and Rajendran loses a key business deal due to Ajay’s treason. Recognizing that his elder sons may not be capable of steering the empire, Rajendran reaches out to Vijay, who initially resists but eventually agrees to take over the business after learning of his father’s illness.

Jai and Ajay intensify their schemes, joining forces with JP and Mukesh to push Vijay out of the leadership. Yet Vijay navigates the treacherous landscape with a measured resolve, including a dangerous mission to rescue Ria Jai, Jai’s daughter, from a human-trafficking gang, demonstrating his commitment to family and protection beyond money and power. This act becomes a turning point that begins to mend the fractures within the clan.

Realizing his mistakes, Jai starts to reconnect with Vijay, Aarthi, and the rest of the family, while Vijay and Jai join forces to thwart Ajay’s plan to sell shares to JP. The siblings begin to heal as the family comes together around Rajendran’s memory, sharing a meal that feels like a new beginning rather than an end. In the emotional climax, Rajendran passes away, and the three brothers honor him by conducting his funeral together and scattering his ashes in Varanasi, a ceremony that signals reconciliation, forgiveness, and the enduring power of family bonds.
