Art & Craft

In terms of art and craft, the film exhibits uneven direction and a stretched runtime that hampers narrative flow. Venky, Venkatesh, a night-blind RTO agent in Hyderabad, struggles to make ends meet while keeping his disability hidden from colleagues and friends. His friend Varun Yadav, Varun Tej, an orphan who stammers, dreams up elaborate schemes to make quick money, but luck rarely smiles on them. After a failed run of small scams, the two decide to try something bigger, hoping a windfall will finally steady their lives.

They invest in Harika’s family restaurant, hoping the business will turn their fortunes around. However, misjudgments compound, and Venky and Varun soon find themselves short of cash again. In a misguided bid to recover funds, Varun misreads Harika’s sister Honey, Mehreen Pirzada, as a rich potential match, and hatches a plan to marry her, dragging Harika into the predicament. The attempt cascades into a larger financial mess, as the duo spends lakhs in gifts and cash in a desperate bid to secure a future that keeps slipping away. Meanwhile, Harika’s family watches their shares tank, wiping out what little money they had left.

Pala Baby, a local landlord who worships women, refuses to forgive the debt once he realizes the guile at play. The family and their supporters end up at the police station, where CI Nagaraju, Rajendra Prasad, a principled officer edging toward the end of his career, hatches a bold plan to raid the house of commissioner Dileep Chandra to seize illegally acquired cash and diamonds. They manage to stash the loot in the boot of a scrap car and also rescue a kidnapped girl in the process. Fearing for their lives, they confess the robbery to Dileep the next morning, but the car disappears, and Dileep threatens severe consequences if the stolen money isn’t returned.

In a turn of fate, news arrives that billionaire Anand Sharma is searching for his prodigal son, and the four unlikely hopefuls—Venky, Varun, Harika, and a junior artist hired by Nagaraju—decide to present themselves as his son. They travel to Vizianagaram and are housed at Anand’s palace, where the contest to prove worthiness begins. Each contender faces grueling tests that push them to their limits, and the final challenge asks them to transform a struggling toy factory into a profitable venture. To up the stakes, they collaborate across their differences and create a line of interactive toys that feature Telugu film icons such as Amarendra Baahubali, Gabbar Singh, Ajay Krishna, Veera Raghava, Chitti Babu, and Bantu.

The sales surge, and the group initially supports Varun as a stand-in heir. But Anand reveals a painful truth: his own son had died years earlier after pursuing wealth through fraudulent means. With that revelation, he grants them a chance to prove themselves and offers them the profits they earned, provided they still deserve it. Venky and Varun acknowledge their prior missteps and return the money, choosing integrity over easy wealth. Just as a larger danger looms—Anand is abducted by goons who demand a ₹100 crore ransom—the trio and their allies rally to save him. They confront the assailants, with Venky disguising himself as Narappa and Varun as Vakeel Saab to deliver a decisive beating, until the intervention of the police leaves the criminals arrested.

Meanwhile, another twist unfolds: the thief who stole the car confesses to selling all the diamonds at a bargain, only to rise in politics as an MLA, while Dileep—undone by the thwarted heist—joins him as an assistant. The film closes on a lighter note, with the band of seekers taking a carefree trip to Goa, a destination director Anil Ravipudi playfully diverts toward the playful promise of F4.
