In the Czech Republic, the police arrest Venky Venkatesh and Varun Varun Tej for abusing two women. Interrogated by Indian Embassy officials, Venky and Varun reveal that the women who filed the case against them are Venky’s wife and Varun’s girlfriend, respectively, much to Vishwanath’s surprise. Curious, Vishwanath asks them about their past. Venky was an orphan with big dreams about marriage and works as PA to MLA Anji Reddy, earning a comfortable living. Through a marriage bureau, Venky meets Harika Tamannaah Bhatia, a software engineer who lives with her parents, sister Honey Mehreen Pirzada, and their paternal and maternal grandmothers. Harika’s family is delighted that Venky is an orphan, believing this would spare her from the usual in-law troubles, and they warmly approve the union. Venky and Harika marry happily, but soon petty quarrels strain their relationship. Venky feels tormented, and the presence of their neighbor Prasad Rajendra Prasad, a man who publicly dotes on his wife, adds to Harika’s jealousy and Venky’s mounting friction. To complicate matters, Honey joins the couple at home, and her admission sparks conflicts when Venky tries to tell Harika that Honey has a boyfriend.

Varun narrates his own arc: he is Honey’s boyfriend and runs a hotel. Venky had caught Honey in a hug with Varun and relayed the information to Harika and her family, who initially refuse to believe him. He vows to expose Honey someday, while Harika’s family jokingly pledges to serve him as slaves if he succeeds. Venky’s move pays off when he exposes Prasad’s second wife, Swarna, to his first wife as a revenge for past torments. Within six days, Varun begins to struggle with Honey and his mother Kanthamma’s expectations. Frustrated, Varun agrees with Venky, and Prasad joins them, arguing that women need husbands. On the eve of Varun’s wedding, the trio escapes to Europe to teach their wives a lesson, leaving Honey and Harika stunned by their sudden disappearance.

In Europe, Venky, Varun, and Prasad enjoy a reprieve from their troubles, but Honey and Harika eventually track them down and beg them to return; the men respond with scorn and insults. The reunion is short-lived, and Honey and Harika leave, cursing the trio. The men soon crash a party hosted by the influential Doraswamy Naidu to celebrate his sons’ arranged marriages. To everyone’s shock, they discover that Honey and Harika are actually the brides Doraswamy Naidu intends for his two sons. Doraswamy Naidu believes peace in the home comes from marrying his sons to sisters who will harmonize with one another. His wives are sisters too, and he had previously broken his elder son’s engagement with Anasuya Anasuya Bharadwaj when Anasuya’s sister refused to marry his younger son. Undeterred, Honey and Harika decline to return, and Venky and Varun, along with Prasad, attempt to thwart the wedding by posing as writers drafting a biography of Doraswamy Naidu. Their schemes fail to stop the nuptials, and Harika and Honey’s resolve only hardens.

Frustration peaks when Honey and Harika become engaged to Doraswamy Naidu’s sons. Varun and Venky, in a drunken stupor, create a scene and are arrested by Doraswamy Naidu’s security. He reveals that Honey and Harika had confided the truth to him long ago. After hearing their story, Vishwanath returns Venky, Prasad, and Varun to his home and is joined by his wife Lakshmi, who counsels them that husbands must understand their wives’ love and concerns, even when they feel misunderstood. Heeding the lesson, Venky and Varun resolve to repair their relationships with their wives. They crash Honey and Harika’s Sangeet party with Anasuya, who convinces her younger sister to marry Doraswamy Naidu’s younger son. Just as things seem to be turning around, John Snow, Anasuya’s brother, abducts Doraswamy Naidu, Harika, and Honey as an act of revenge, unaware of the larger backstory.

John leads the trio onto a frail bridge, and as the situation unfolds, Harika and Honey refuse to reconcile, while the bridge’s structural integrity falters. Harika and Honey reach the safer side, but Venky, Varun, and the others remain trapped as the bridge begins to collapse. In a moment of desperation, Harika and Honey capitulate, while Venky and Varun reveal to Anasuya that their goal has always been to make their wives realize their love and commitment. The two men find a way to the safer bank using a caution board as a makeshift bridge, but the board slips into the river as the others argue over who should cross first. In the end, Venky, Varun, Harika, and Honey escape, while those still trapped await rescue, their bonds tested and ultimately strengthened by the ordeal.
