Vikramaditya, Nagarjuna Akkineni, is a wealthy entrepreneur whose world changes in an instant when a paragliding accident in Paris leaves him quadriplegic. To shield his girlfriend, Nandini Anushka Shetty, from the pain of his disability, he cuts off contact, hoping she will find happiness with someone else.

Five years slip by, and Vikramaditya’s life has lost its color. He clings to a quiet routine with only a handful of people around him: his secretary Keerthi [Tamannaah Bhatia], his cook Lakshmi [Kalpana], and a few house attendants who keep things running. The days feel hollow, and the spark he once carried seems distant. In search of practical help to manage daily tasks like eating, dressing, and moving about, Vikramaditya and Keerthi interview a string of caretakers. Most candidates appear overly deferential or insincere, offering little beyond polite smiles.

Into this carefully guarded life steps Seenu [Adivi Sesh], a recently paroled convict who applies for the job at the suggestion of his lawyer Lingam [Ali Basha]. Seenu’s family history is fraught: his mother, a railway clerk, disowns him, believing his past could pull the whole clan down. He is disliked by his siblings and carries the weight of that estrangement. Yet, Seenu comes across as refreshingly blunt and honest, unafraid to speak his mind. Vikramaditya, sensing that Seenu won’t pity him, hires him, deciding that the new caretaker—though imperfect—may be exactly what the time and place require.

Seenu quickly becomes more than a helper; he becomes a steady presence who helps Vikramaditya navigate the day-to-day challenges of his condition. The two men develop a working rhythm, and Seenu’s unpretentious humor begins to chip away at Vikramaditya’s shell. Seenu also learns about Vikramaditya’s secret, epistolary romance with a woman named Priya [Shriya Saran], and he urges the reclusive entrepreneur to consider meeting her in person. Yet Vikramaditya refrains, fearing Priya’s reaction to his disability and what the revelation might do to her life if she already has a family.

Parallel to these personal revelations, Seenu becomes aware of Swathi, Seenu’s younger sister, who is trying to win her fiancé’s family’s approval for marriage. The family’s initial skepticism about Swathi’s background and prospects weighs heavily on Seenu, and Vikramaditya, moved by the situation, arranges for support through Kaalidasu / Kaalidasan [Tanikella Bharani]. The intervention helps Swathi gain the fiancé’s family’s respect, and Seenu is touched by Vikramaditya’s willingness to intervene for his sister.

A birthday celebration ends abruptly when Vikramaditya falls ill again, but his doctors intervene, and he survives. In a conversation with Prasad, his longtime friend and legal advisor [Prakash Raj], Seenu learns more about Vikramaditya’s adventurous past. The two decide to take a break and plan a vacation in Paris, hoping a change of scene might rekindle the life Vikramaditya once led.

In Paris, Seenu works to keep Vikramaditya’s spirits high, and their bond deepens. Seenu bets that if Vikramaditya can charm Jenny, a French dancer he meets on the trip, he will earn a chance to invite Keerthi out. Vikramaditya’s charm shines through his wit and resilience, and he wins Jenny’s attention despite his disability. Seenu, meanwhile, must confront his own feelings as he realizes he is drawn to Keerthi, who eventually accepts Seenu’s invitation.

Back in their circle, Seenu arranges a reunion for Vikramaditya with Nandini. Nandini arrives with her husband Abhinav [Adivi Sesh] and their daughter Aadhya, and she shows that she is truly happy with the family she has created. This moment reinforces Vikramaditya’s belief that life can still be meaningful, even if it looks different from what he imagined.

A pivotal moment comes when Seenu encourages Vikramaditya to step away from the shadows of his disability and into a moment of freedom. They embark on a motorcycle journey that feels like a return to the person Vikramaditya used to be, a rare moment where he truly breathes again.

Trouble, however, returns in the form of Kanna, Seenu’s younger brother, who lands in trouble with a local gang. Vikramaditya recognizes Seenu’s need to support his family and gently frees him from some of his ongoing obligations, even suggesting that Seenu might not want to push a wheelchair for the rest of his life. Seenu pivots to a different path, becoming a cab driver who provides for his loved ones and earns their love and acceptance once again. Yet Vikramaditya’s happiness is fragile, and he retreats into himself, overwhelmed by the weight of his own limitations.

In a final push to reconnect with life, Prasad arranges a drive for Vikramaditya to Visakhapatnam, a gesture that promises one last chance to feel the old thrill of living. They stop at a seaside restaurant with a stunning ocean view, a moment of peace before the next chapter. Seenu quietly leaves as Priya [Shriya Saran] arrives, and Vikramaditya looks out the window to catch a glimpse of Seenu’s smiling face as he walks away, a quiet acknowledgment of the bond that changed them both.

This story, anchored in resilience, friendship, and the redemptive power of human connection, follows a man who refuses to surrender to his condition and the devoted caretaker who helps him search for meaning beyond the chair. The film explores how love, loyalty, and courage can reframe a life once defined by limitation, turning a solitary existence into one shaped by small, brave acts and the possibility of reunions that feel almost miraculous.
