Mamiko Noto (能登 麻美子) is a Japanese actress, voice actress, and singer whose career has spanned more than two decades, earning her a reputation for a delicate whisper‑like timbre often described as a healing voice. Born on February 6, 1980 in Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan, she completed her early education at Baba Elementary School and later attended Hokuriku Gakuin High School before enrolling for a year at the Yoyogi Animation Gakuin. After graduation in 1998 she became a trainee at the Osawa office, quickly rising to prominence through roles such as Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad, Rin in Inuyasha, Kotori Monou in X, and Haruka Nogizaka in Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu.
