Miyuki Sawashiro (沢城 みゆき) is a prolific Japanese actress, voice actress, and narrator whose career has spanned more than two decades, beginning with a breakthrough audition for Di Gi Charat in May 1999, where she earned the Special Jury Prize. From her debut, she quickly became a staple in the anime industry, delivering iconic performances such as Puchiko in Di Gi Charat, Sinon in Sword Art Online II, and Celty Sturluson in Durarara!!. Her vocal versatility allows her to inhabit a wide spectrum of characters—from the stoic swordswoman Kurapika in Hunter × Hunter to the mischievous witch Raiden Shogun in Genshin Impact, and the enigmatic detective Fujiko Mine in later Lupin the Third installments. Sawashiro’s talent has also crossed linguistic borders: she reprised her role as Puchiko in the English dub of Leave it to Piyoko, becoming one of the few Japanese voice actors to perform the same character in both Japanese and English. In addition to animation, she lends her voice to major video game titles, including Umineko: When They Cry, No Game No Life, Honkai Impact 3, and Cookie Run: Kingdom, solidifying her reputation as a leading voice in both domestic and international markets.

Born on June 2 1985 in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, she grew up alongside her younger brother Chiharu Sawashiro, who also pursued voice acting. During high school, she participated in a homestay program in Pennsylvania to improve her English, a skill she still refines when not recording. In 2014, she publicly announced her marriage to an undisclosed partner, and in 2018, she welcomed her first child, a daughter, further enriching her life beyond the studio. Affiliated first with Mausu Promotion and later with Aoni Production since 2015, Sawashiro continues to be an influential figure, admired for her dedication, vocal range, and the depth she brings to each role.
