
In 1955, Medama Oyaji journeys to Yagura Village searching for his missing wife. The village is under the control of the powerful Ryuga clan, who secretly influence Japan's politics and business. Mizuki, working at a blood bank, also arrives with a hidden purpose—to mourn his family’s patriarch—and encounters Medama Oyaji. As a bitter struggle for succession erupts within the Ryuga family, a brutal murder takes place at the village shrine, marking the start of a frightening series of events.
