What Is City Across the River About?
The premise of City Across the River without spoilers.
Set in Brooklyn, the film follows Frank Cusack, a dutiful son and brother by day who becomes a gang member after dark. He hangs out with the Dukes, a group of wayward youths entangled with racketeer Gaggsy Steens. Despite his parents’ pleas, Frank and his friend Benny become drawn into a serious crime.
