What Is Viper in the Fist About?
The premise of Viper in the Fist without spoilers.
Jean, called Brasse‑Bouillon, and his brother Ferdinand are raised by their grandmother. When their parents return from Japan, the family moves to Belle‑Angerie and the grandmother goes to live with relatives. The boys clash with their mother Marthe, whom Jean derisively calls “Folcoche” (a mix of “madwoman” and “pig”). Jean joins the Resistance.
