In 1977, the notorious Khokha Singh entraps dedicated police inspector Satyadevi Singh. She is a mother to three children: Shakti Singh, Anand Singh, and Romi Singh — the youngest, who was born while she was behind bars. They are her Trimurti, the trio she hopes will help avenge the humiliation she endured. What she doesn’t realize is that the brothers had a rift long before: a childhood quarrel between the two elder sons. Anand walked away from home, began working for Peter, a Khokha-backed black-market operator, and is believed to be dead.
Eighteen years pass, and in 1995 the pair, Shakti and Romi, live together under the belief that their mother is gone. Their uncle Bhanu reveals that she longs for the brothers to reunite as their mother’s Trimurti. Shakti serves in the military, while Romi loves a woman named Radha from a higher social class. Their passionate bond drives them to the brink, to the point where they consider ending their lives if they cannot marry. Romi, after pleading with his brother and nearly swallowing poison, brings Shakti to Radha’s house to seek her hand, but the moment becomes an embarrassing misstep that wounds Shakti deeply.
Romi ultimately runs away, carving out his own path to success. He enters the orbit of Khokha, unaware of the growing tensions between their worlds. Along the way, Romi meets Sikander, a wealthy man involved in the black market who admires Romi’s romantic spirit and helps him amass wealth.
Sikander travels to Romi’s village after hearing a piece of religious music, and there he spots a photograph of his mother — the same woman who raised Shakti and Romi. He slowly tries to rekindle his bond with Shakti, but a confrontation reveals that Sikander is actually Anand.
After eighteen years, Satyadevi is released from jail on good behavior. She learns from Bhanu that trouble still shadows her sons. Shakti has become an emotional wreck; Anand, now known as Sikander, and Romi are working for Khokha, who entrusts Romi with the task of abducting and killing Satyadevi. Through a long, arduous struggle, the three brothers come back together, defeat Khokha Singh, and rescue their mother.
