In a volatile Goa under Portuguese rule, a small band of revolutionaries fights to throw off the colonial yoke. Purandare (Shreeram Lagoo), Narvekar (P. During a tense confrontation with the Portuguese police, Purandare and Dinanath are gravely injured. In a moment of grim resolve, Dinanath begs Purandare to end his life rather than let him be captured, and Purandare reluctantly complies.
