What Is Great Day in the Morning About?
The premise of Great Day in the Morning without spoilers.
After a card game, Southern gambler Owen Pentecost unexpectedly becomes the owner of a Denver hotel. He becomes involved with two women just as the nation erupts into Civil War, and in a town dominated by Unionist sentiment he must choose where his loyalties lie, becoming a Confederate minority in a strongly pro‑Union community.
