What Is The Woman Accused About?
The premise of The Woman Accused without spoilers.
Jeffrey and Glenda plan to marry during a cruise, but Glenda’s former lover Leo, a lawyer, threatens them and hires a hit man to kill Jeffrey. Glenda kills Leo before he can name the assassin. Leo’s partner, Stephen Bessemer, suspects her and stages a trial aboard, extracting a confession. Jeffrey, a lawyer, defends her and the case ends.
