The Story of Seabiscuit 1949

Trainer Shawn O’Hara and his niece Margaret move to Kentucky after a steeplechase accident killed Margaret’s brother Danny. While working with thoroughbreds, Shawn discovers the yearling Seabiscuit and convinces the owner that the small horse can become a champion. Margaret also begins a romance with jockey Ted Knowles, haunted by her brother’s death.
