The premise of The Case of the Curious Bride without spoilers.
After besting the District Attorney again, Perry Mason plans a Chinese vacation, but his former lover Rhoda barges in, claiming her husband Moxley—presumed dead for four years—has resurfaced and is blackmailing her for money. When Moxley's body turns up, she is arrested for his murder, Perry works to prove her innocence.
