In 1609 CE, high above the Aravali Mountains at Bhairavakona, a dying princess Mithravindha Devi [Kajal Agarwal] pleads with Kala Bhairava / Harsha [Ram Charan] to confess his love as she slips from the cliff’s edge. He reaches out, love and fate colliding in a final embrace, but she falls and he leaps after her, unable to save her. A Muslim general, Sher Khan [Srihari], retrieves his armor and declares that Bhairava will be reborn to reclaim his lost love. The moment seeds a myth that spans centuries, binding two souls across time.

Four hundred years later, in 2009, Harsha, a fearless street-bike racer [Ram Charan], experiences sudden visions after brushing the hand of a woman trying to board his auto. Intrigued, he searches for her and unknowingly asks Indu [Kajal Agarwal] about the same woman, not realizing she is the same person. Indu, along with her friends, initially toys with him, exploiting his good nature for favors, but Harsha’s defense against her harassers begins to thaw the walls around her, and a fragile attraction slowly grows between them.

Indu’s backstory adds another layer of danger. Her father, Pratap Varma, was ousted from their Rajasthan estate by Omdev’s family, who have no rightful claim. Raghuveer, Omdev’s son, murders several lawyers to protect the estate before tracking Pratap to Hyderabad. When Raghuveer encounters Indu, a dangerous obsession takes root; he murders his own father to sever any resistance, and he skillfully engineers a narrative that makes Indu and Pratap doubt what they know. Raghuveer then uses a political angle—offering the family the estate—to gain trust and consolidate power.

Meanwhile, Raghuveer’s obsession intensifies as he consults a tantric, Ghora [Rao Ramesh], who reveals Raghuveer’s past life as a prince who once lusted after Indu and was slain by her lover, a warrior. In the present, Harsha and Indu’s bond grows, even as Raghuveer’s grip tightens and he murders Pratap, frames Harsha, and abducts Indu in a helicopter. Harsha’s pursuit ends with a fall into a lake, where visions of his past life return with renewed force.

Back in the year 1609, the kingdom of Udaigarh, ruled by King Vikram Singh [Sarath Babu], braces for an invasion by Emperor Sher Khan. The kingdom’s bravest warrior, Kala Bhairava (the reincarnation of Harsha), secretly loves Vikram Singh’s daughter Mithra, known in the present as Indu. Ranadev Bhilla / Raghuveer [Dev Gill] desires Mithra for himself and challenges Bhairava to a duel—the winner earns Mithra’s hand while the loser is banished. Bhairava wins, Ranadev is exiled, and Vikram Singh later persuades Bhairava to reject Mithra’s love for fear that he may die in battle, leaving her widowed. Despite his heartbreak, Bhairava obeys.

As Bhairava and Mithra journey to the Bhairavakona Temple atop a cliff to seek Lord Shiva’s blessing before the looming battle, Mithra urges Bhairava to confess his love. He remains silent, Mithra disrupts the puja and paints his image with her blood. An incoming messenger delivers news that Ranadev has allied with Khan’s army and is closing in. Khan challenges Bhairava to kill 100 of his soldiers; Bhairava fights bravely and prevails, earning Khan’s grudging respect and a surprising moment of camaraderie. Raghuveer’s plan, however, does not end there: he fatally stabs Mithra, and Bhairava beheads Ranadev. As Mithra dies, she begs Bhairava to confess his love, but she falls from the cliff just as he makes a vow to reveal his heart. He leaps after her, choosing the same fate.

In the present, Harsha is rescued by Solomon (Sher Khan’s reincarnation) [Srihari] and learns that Indu’s past-life memories must be revived within the day, or she will remain with Raghuveer forever. With Solomon’s help, he abducts Indu and takes her to the now-ruined Bhairavakona Temple. In the ensuing struggle, Raghuveer accidentally kills Ghora [Rao Ramesh], tipping the balance of power. Harsha tries to persuade Indu of their shared past, but she is initially skeptical. Raghuveer arrives by helicopter and urges her to leave with him, but in a pivotal moment she sees Mithra’s painting, triggering her memory of their past life. She reunites with Harsha, asking for his forgiveness.

Furious, Raghuveer attacks; Harsha overpowers him. The duel reaches a fever pitch as Raghuveer’s henchmen attempt to push Harsha off the cliff with the helicopter. Solomon, now in his own form, destroys the aircraft with his car, cutting Raghuveer’s escape route. Realizing he cannot claim Indu, Raghuveer tries to haul her off the cliff, but Harsha severs his right hand. Raghuveer plummets to his death, and Harsha and Indu finally reunite, their bond sealed by shared memory, fate, and the promise of a future reimagined across time.

In the end, the saga blends myth and modern love, linking a warrior’s ancient vow to a contemporary romance, where destiny, memory, and sacrifice converge on a cliff’s edge. The tale remains a sweeping meditation on love across lifetimes, power, and the redemptive pull of two souls who refuse to surrender to time.
