In a dense, impenetrable forest, the Indian Army closes in on the feared brigand Gajendra Sahu Nitin Mehta. In a brutal clash, he’s gravely injured but is saved by the head of a spiritual order, the Maha Rudra Peetam, a figure of reverence who preaches that God exists in nature and must be protected at all times. Yet his followers grow to worship the messenger more than the truth he represents, and Gajendra, seething with this hypocrisy, murders the chieftain and his adherents, turning the forest into a site of plunder. Before dying, the chieftain warns him never to challenge fate, the Creator, and the vastness of the universe. The moment of treachery marks a hinge in the tale, hinting that power drawn from sacred belief can become a weapon when corrupted.

Across Anantapur, a couple, Ramachandraiah and Dharani, are blessed with twin sons, one stillborn. An Aghora appears and reveals a stark prophecy: one child embodies nature, while the other is a destructive force born of Shiva’s wrath. The stillborn is taken to Kashi, where the child miraculously comes back to life in a temple and is raised by Aghoras. Years pass, and the surviving twin grows into Murali Krishna Nandamuri Balakrishna, a powerful and principled arbitrator who works to erase factionalism and bring prosperity to the region. He is drawn to Saranya Bachupally Pragya Jaiswal, a newly appointed District Collector who initially clashes with him but eventually falls in love as she understands his ideals. Their partnership becomes a beacon of hope in a land scarred by conflict and exploitation.

Meanwhile, Varadarajulu [Srikanth], a ruthless gangster, dominates illegal uranium mining in a protected forest, exploiting workers and defying the law with the aid of Gajendra Sahu Nitin Mehta. Padmavati [Poorna], the sharp Principal Secretary, undertakes a covert investigation into these operations, stepping into a dangerous political maze that threatens to collapse the region’s fragile balance. The lovers Murali and Saranya marry and welcome a baby girl, but tragedy lurks on the horizon as children in the area begin to fall ill with no clear cause. Padmavati uncovers the mining scam and warns that the entire region could become a graveyard if the corruption isn’t halted.

Murali confronts Varadarajulu, but interference from Central Minister Bharat Reddy stalls him, and emotion turns to chaos when Gajendra plants a bomb at the hospital, killing several people, including Bharat Reddy. Murali is unjustly arrested by the NIA, jailed on charges that threaten to erase his reputation. The crisis deepens as Murali’s daughter becomes ill, prompting Saranya to rush to a hospital with her baby. On the perilous journey, Varadarajulu’s men ambush them, and they seek refuge in an ancient cave temple where they encounter Akhanda Rudra Sikandar Aghora, Murali’s elder brother who possesses extraordinary powers and a mission to restore sacred temples. Akhanda [N/A] steps in to save Saranya, revive the baby, and shield the family, and Gajendra quickly realizes the elder brother’s divine might.

Dharani, the twins’ mother, learns the truth about her sons and seeks to reunite with Akhanda, only to hear that he has dedicated his life to God. Still, a deep bond forms between Akhanda and Murali’s child, a sign that divine purpose can coexist with familial love. Akhanda soon uncovers that Padmavati has endured brutal torture and rape at the hands of Varadarajulu for exposing the mining scheme. Enraged by the cruelty, Akhanda leads a raid on the mining site, liberates the enslaved workers, and clears Murali’s name when Krishnamacharya, the NIA officer who once cast doubt on him, learns the truth and exonerates Murali.

Desperation drives Gajendra to enlist a tantric named Prachanda to kill Akhanda, and together they lay a deadly curse on Murali’s child. To counter this doom, Akhanda begins a sacred Maha Mrityunjaya Homam, advised by Kedari Aghori Baba, and endures a brutal assault from Gajendra and Prachanda during the ritual. With Murali’s steadfast help, Akhanda overcomes the assault and completes the rite, drawing on the power of Lord Shiva. Empowered by that divine strength, Akhanda destroys both Gajendra and Prachanda, restoring balance to the land. He departs with a vow to return whenever Murali’s child and the region need him again, leaving behind a legacy of protection, justice, and faith tested by greed and violence.
