Padmavati [Poorna], the sharp Principal Secretary, undertakes a covert investigation into these operations, stepping into a dangerous political maze that threatens to collapse the region’s fragile balance. The lovers Murali and Saranya marry and welcome a baby girl, but tragedy lurks on the horizon as children in the area begin to fall ill with no clear cause.
