Vivaan Ahuja, a skilled MMA trainer, discovers that his wife Anshika Maitra’s heart can stop at any moment and requires a surgical fix. The operation goes smoothly, and as [Anshika Maitra] recovers in the hospital, a terrorist group led by Saju Solanki storms the facility to retrieve their illegal arms dealer and leader Ajay Pal Singh. Singh, who was responsible for the deaths of 18 INA soldiers due to his faulty weapons, has been moved to the hospital for emergency surgery after someone tampered with his pacemaker in prison. The hospital turns into a hostage situation, trapping patients and staff, including [Anshika Maitra], while Singh lies unconscious under anesthesia. ACP Jayati Bhargav and her team are tasked with freeing the captives and restoring order.

Vivaan, who is just leaving after visiting [Anshika Maitra], finds himself in the basement when the invasion begins. He narrowly survives an attack and, in a bold move, seizes the terrorist’s black pouch containing a walkie‑talkie and a remote detonator, slipping back into the chaos with a new purpose. In the corridors, he encounters a hospital guard named Riyaz and a hidden child, Zubin, and he forges a wary alliance with them. The tension spikes as [Saju Solanki] and his crew threaten to blow up the building unless their demands are met, forcing [ACP Jayati Bhargav] to navigate a perilous balance between protocol and improvised action.

With Riyaz’s help, Vivaan studies the hospital’s layout and formulates a plan to reach the control room and disrupt the terrorists’ view of his movements. He faces another assault, but Zubin and the quick, decisive strikes of Vivaan wipe out the attackers on the lower floors. The bodies of the terrorists are found, and [Saju Solanki] orders Vivaan’s death, escalating the danger. Across communications, Vivaan maintains intermittent contact with [ACP Jayati Bhargav], keeping her informed about [Saju] and the shifting dynamics inside the hospital. Riyaz and Zubin stand by as their efforts gradually tilt the balance in favor of the hostages.

As the plot thickens, Vivaan realizes that [Saju Solanki] lied to the police about his intentions; he never planned to use the bus or the chopper at all. Instead, he intends to escape via the sixth floor by blowing the stairs and the elevator to erase evidence and kill the hostages. Sharing this crucial truth with [ACP Jayati Bhargav], she chooses to trust his information and pivots her strategy accordingly. The team works to free the captives, especially [Anshika Maitra], and to deactivate the looming bomb. In a final, brutal confrontation, Vivaan eliminates [Saju Solanki]’s accomplice and defeats the mastermind himself when the elevator collapses and traps him, while [Ajay Pal Singh] is shot dead by [ACP Jayati Bhargav]. In the aftermath, [ACP Jayati Bhargav] thanks Vivaan for his bravery, suggesting he deserves a medal, but respects his wish to keep his identity out of the media spotlight.
