In a Pune neighborhood ruled by gangs, Arjun Singh, Aftab Shivdasani, is introduced as a man torn between loyalty to his community and a hidden identity. When his union leader father is killed, Raghu Srivastav, Emraan Hashmi, and Shekhar Srivastav, Rahul Dev, urge him to avenge the death. The three of them take up the call for revenge, grabbing a sword and tracking down the killers, delivering a brutal message in a world where violence is the language of justice.

In a bar scene where the song Jaati Hoon Main from Karan Arjun rings through, Raghu kidnaps a schoolteacher, pulling Arjun deeper into a web of crime and consequence. The incident tests loyalties and sets the stage for a deeper deception that will redefine all their lives.

Arjun becomes the prime suspect in the homicide, forcing the brothers to smuggle him away to Ghaziabad, where he begins a new life as Mohan Kumar Sharma, a real estate agent. This double life smooths over the immediate danger but seeds a hidden conflict that will haunt him and those around him for years to come.

Years pass, and Arjun returns to Pune, welcomed back by Raghu and Shekhar, who have risen to power as gangsters in their own right. He also renews a romance with Sanjana Srivastav, played by Bipasha Basu, a sister figure who hopes the brothers can clean up their act. Her faith in a possible transformation weighs heavily on Arjun, who is torn between the man he pretends to be and the officer he really is.

As Sanjana wishes for unity and reform, Arjun agrees with the sentiment and begins working to steer Raghu toward a more legitimate path. Raghu, the more flexible of the two brothers, finds himself entangled with a schoolteacher who demands a real change if their relationship—and his life—are to survive the fragile line between crime and respectability.

Just as Raghu contemplates going straight, the truth erupts with devastating clarity: Arjun is not who he claims to be. He is a plainclothes police officer, operating under cover to bring them down by subterfuge and strategy. This reversal shakes the brothers to their core and launches a tense, high-stakes clash where loyalties, love, and law collide, forcing every character to question where their true allegiance lies.
