The two have quietly slipped away by ferry, leaving the police to piece together the true course of events. The cunning plan earns the admiration of Officer Ayesha Hassan [Himanshi Choudhry], who becomes intrigued by Savi’s extraordinary determination and the force behind her actions.

As Ayesha revisits the crime scene for new clues, she spots a crucial detail—a button caught in a sewer grate at the site of the original murder. This tiny clue suggests Nakul’s innocence and reframes the entire case, nudging the investigation toward the unseen chain of events that led to the tragedy. The revelation ripples across borders: in Chandigarh, Nakul’s father [M. K. Raina] is drawn into the evolving story as a letter arrives inviting Savi and Nakul to Bulgaria, signaling that the couple may have built a new life abroad.

The story reaches a turning point when Joydeep Paul is arrested for abetting the jailbreak, bringing the tale to a tense pause and setting the stage for the next chapter of the investigation.
