Meanwhile, Indian Home Minister Leena Chowdhury (Shefali Shah) is passionately committed to eradicating black money, but her own son, Dishank Chowdhury (Suhail Nayyar), is unwittingly caught up in a web of deceit. He is secretly working for influential individuals in India to launder their ill-gotten gains, fearing that if Vicky were to return, his own involvement would be exposed, forcing him to take drastic measures.

Unbeknownst to Leena and Dishank, Karan has been monitoring their every move, having bugged their rooms. The revelation of his daughter's tragic demise at the hands of a car bombing serves as the catalyst for Vicky's quest for vengeance.

As Maria's narrative unfolds, Karan is convinced of her husband's innocence and tasks Zafar to verify the facts, which ultimately confirm Maria's tale. In a daring escape from their attackers, the group flees to Thailand, with Vicky claiming that he has hidden the money in an unknown location.
