
Former British Admiralty officer Francis Barclay, captured in the early 1700s and sold into slavery by Andrew McAllister, is forced into piracy. He recruits fellow pirate Dick Lindsay to stage an assault on McAllister’s fortified island. During the plot, Lindsay falls in love with McAllister’s daughter, Christine.
