After Annunziata (Angela Molina) opens a hostel with her friend Antonio (Daniel Ezralow), she is rescued from a Camorra boss who tries to rape her just as he is suddenly killed. The assassin flees, and a string of mobsters are murdered with the same grisly signature—a syringe in a victim’s testicle. As the killings mount, the true killer—or killers—gradually emerge.
