Nick Searcy

Nicholas Alan Searcy (born March 7, 1959) is an acclaimed American character actor. His most recognized role is portraying Chief Deputy United States Marshal Art Mullen on the popular FX series 'Justified'. Additionally, he had a significant role in the Tom Hanks–produced miniseries 'From the Earth to the Moon' as Deke Slayton. Nick Searcy also showcased his directorial skills with his work on 'Gosnell: The Trial of America's Biggest Serial Killer', released on October 12, 2018. His acting career began in 1990 following his time living in New York. There, he partook in Off-Broadway plays such as 'Guys and Dolls', 'Cabaret' and 'Jesus Christ Superstar'. After moving back to North Carolina, he started his film career featuring in local movies like 'Days of Thunder' (1990), and 'The Prince of Tides' (1991).
