Origins, orphanage and revenge motive

Surya grows up in an orphanage and rises to become an IPS officer. He trains to seek revenge against his father, DGP Agni, whom he believes caused his mother and newborn sister's deaths. He harbors a deep resentment toward Agni, unaware of the real sacrifices his father made during a riot. His early resentment sets the stage for his later actions.

Transfer to Bangalore as ACP and power abuse

Surya is transferred to Bangalore as Assistant Commissioner of Police. He begins abusing his power to gain money through unorthodox methods. He also begins backing Rudra Prathap, a local MP who becomes a headache to Agni, the city’s DGP.

Alliances: Surya and Rudra Prathap

Surya publicly allies with MP Rudra Prathap, strengthening the opposition to DGP Agni. This partnership helps Surya consolidate influence in Bangalore and advances his personal revenge plot. The arrangement tees up the central conflict of the story.

Agni's sacrifice during the riot

The truth about Agni emerges: he left his wife in the hospital to save several families during a riot. Surya clings to the belief that Agni caused tragedy, while the real sacrifice shows a different side of his father. This revelation drives further tension between father and son.

Meetings with Sangeetha and Manvitha

In Bangalore, Surya encounters journalist Sangeetha and deaf-mute philanthropist Manvitha at a coffee shop. He pursues Sangeetha romantically, but she rejects him because of his corrupt nature. Manvitha becomes a sisterly figure who cares for others and stands by him.

Manvitha's death and Surya's vow

Manvitha is killed by Vicky, Rudra Prathap's son, while she tries to protect a techie from an assault. Surya is enraged by her death and treats Manvitha as a sister, which fuels his decision to oppose Rudra Prathap and pursue justice for her. This event deepens his enmity with Rudra.

Rudra's political ploy and Vicky's arrest

Rudra Prathap schemes to prop up his son Vicky as a politician, provoking a confrontation with Surya. Rudra's men kidnap the techie to pressure the police; Basanti, a transgender witness, backs Surya, enabling him to arrest Vicky on a non-bailable warrant. The clock starts with a three-day challenge to produce results.

Reconciliation and marriage approval

Agni and Surya are finally united, and Surya's marriage to Sangeetha is approved, signaling a fragile alliance against Rudra Prathap. The family bond strengthens in preparation for the upcoming confrontation. Yet the shadow of Rudra's plan looms over them.

Third-day kidnappings

On the third day, Rudra Prathap's men kidnap Basanti, the key witness, and Sangeetha, forcing Surya and Agni to act. The abductions heighten the stakes and threaten the fragile peace that had formed.

Rescue attempt and tragedy

Agni and his team rush to the scene to rescue Basanti. Surya simultaneously saves Sangeetha, but in the ensuing confrontation, Agni, Basanti, and Agni's team are killed by Rudra Prathap and his partners. The city reels from the double blow.

Escape plan and pursuit

The following day, Surya coordinates with officers to engineer Vicky's escape from custody and tracks him toward Rudra Prathap's hideout. The plan is to draw Rudra out and end the menace once and for all. Tension escalates as the chase closes in on the antagonists.
