In the jungle, Pazhassi Raja's tribal forces capture Assistant Collector Thomas Baber and his fiancée Dora. Showing magnanimity, the Raja treats them as guests and releases them, emphasizing his respect for human life and his refusal to fully align with the British measures against him. Pazhassi Raja's last stand and death
