Hameed Rawther, a Tamil Nadu Police officer, arrives in Sreemangalam to pursue the murder inquiry. He stays as a guest, and a tense game of wits unfolds between him and Mahendran, who guards the truth to protect Kichamani and Veni.

Kichamani agrees to surrender; truth to Veni
