Yasuda plans a bank robbery

Yasuda, a chronically bullied salaryman, resolves to rob a bank to escape his humiliation. He believes the theft could earn him respect and a better life. Lacking a proper disguise, he tries to shoplift a respirator mask from a convenience store as a makeshift disguise.

Convenience store confrontation and Aizawa's debt

Inside the convenience store, a pack of young women identify Yasuda and point him out to the clerk, Aizawa. Aizawa is revealed to be a former rock singer who is deeply in debt to the yakuza to feed his drug addiction. He confronts Yasuda about the botched disguise and the planned robbery.

Yasuda shoots Aizawa and flees

Yasuda accidentally fires a shot that hits Aizawa in the shoulder during the confrontation. The violence triggers a chaotic escape as Yasuda and Aizawa bolt from the store, driven by adrenaline and fear. The incident marks Yasuda's first violent act and sets the pursuit in motion.

Takeda enters the chase and a fatal misfire

During the escape, Yasuda and Aizawa encounter Takeda, a low-ranking yakuza chinpira. Takeda grabs Yasuda's gun and, in a catastrophic misfire, shoots and kills a woman nearby. He then joins the pursuit, adding another violent wildcard to the chase.

Takeda's assassin plot backfires

Takeda had contracted an assassin to murder a rival faction's boss. When the hit goes down, Takeda cowardly withdraws, and the attack ends up killing both his boss and the rival boss. The guilt from the double-murder gnaws at him and reshapes his loyalties.

Guilt drives Takeda to join the chase

Consumed by guilt, Takeda abandons any retreat and decides to pursue Yasuda and Aizawa. He becomes part of the trio's pursuit through the underground world, blurring lines between predator and ally. The chase grows more dangerous as old debts and new loyalties collide.

Federal enforcement agents descend on the scene, aiming to arrest Yasuda, Aizawa, and Takeda. The arrival of law enforcement shifts the balance of power and draws others into the fray. The air tightens as the chase intersects official crackdowns.

Takeda's faction arrives and a gun is fake

Takeda's faction also arrives, complicating the standoff. One Yakuza attempts to fire his pistol, only to discover it is a dummy, amplifying the sense of impending doom. The fake gun becomes a grim symbol of the collapse of order.

All-out stabbing orgy erupts

In the chaos, the participants unleash a brutal stabbing frenzy that spirals into an all-out orgy of violence. The bloodshed sweeps through the lair, killing most or all participants. The grotesque climax seals the fates of nearly everyone involved.
