In the bustling, fictional city of Al-Barkat, Ankit Sethi owns a diamond insurance company that finds itself in deep trouble after a significant mistake. His company’s workers have misplaced a client’s diamonds worth a staggering ₹20 crores, creating a financial crisis for him. During a chance encounter with Neha Grover, a flight attendant, Ankit is immediately drawn to her charm when they meet on a flight. Their connection grows quickly, and they soon go on a date, sparking mutual interest. As their relationship deepens, Neha shares the good news—she is pregnant. Overjoyed, Ankit proposes marriage, and she happily accepts, cementing their bond.

However, their happiness is short-lived. They come under attack from a pair of goons working for the same client to whom Ankit owes the money. During this violent encounter, Neha is gravely injured, resulting in a miscarriage that weighs heavily on both of them. Determined to settle his debt no matter the cost, the couple decides to commit to a risky plan: rob a shipment of diamonds being smuggled out of Al-Barkat.

The plan involves Minister Harish Sanyal, who is secretly smuggling diamonds from Al-Barkat to India by plane. The diamonds are hidden inside a cellphone with a back cover that’s embedded with the gems, and this cellphone is stored within a locked briefcase. The code to unlock the briefcase is crucial, and Ankit strikes a deal with Sanyal’s secretary to obtain this code in exchange for half the diamonds. Once aboard the flight, their plan begins to unfold: Neha deliberately causes a distraction by spilling food on the courier’s clothes, prompting him to leave his post and head to the washroom. This provides Ankit a narrow window to retrieve the diamonds from the briefcase.

Just as Ankit reaches to steal the valuable gems, masked terrorists hijack the plane, taking all onboard hostage. The hijackers demand that the plane be diverted to land in Kullu so they can free a terrorist named Adil Mir, who is held in a nearby prison in Manali. Amidst the chaos, Ankit feigns an asthma attack, requesting the hijackers to let him retrieve his inhaler, giving him an opportunity to secretly access the diamonds. But his ruse is uncovered when one of the hijackers senses deception and beats him. Meanwhile, government officials attempt to communicate with the hijackers, allowing Ankit to make another attempt to steal the diamonds, successfully retrieving them and hiding them in his bag.

In a fierce confrontation, Ankit fights off the hijackers but is eventually overpowered and locked in the washroom. During this chaos, a man claiming to be Sudhanshu Roy, a supposed Flight Marshal, intervenes by shooting and killing the hijackers—an act that seems heroic. The plane is supposedly secured, passengers are evacuated, and the threat appears over. However, suspicions grow as the bomb attached to Ankit turns out to be fake, and the bodies of the hijackers are missing. Investigations reveal that the real Flight Marshal is actually Kamal Malik, who was unconscious during most of the flight, while Sudhanshu is unaccounted for, raising doubts about the true sequence of events.

The RAW officer Parvez Shaikh takes charge, interrogating passengers and trying to piece together what really happened. It emerges that Ankit had secretly filmed a conversation indicating that the diamonds were fake, exposing his true intentions. As the story unfolds, it’s revealed that Neha had uncovered Ankit’s manipulative motives when she overheard him speaking with the attackers about the real nature of the diamonds and his plan to only use her for his benefit. Enraged and betrayed, Neha contacts her old accomplice Sudhanshu to execute her own plan of revenge—staging the hijacking, stealing the diamonds herself, and punishing Ankit for his deception.

The conspiracy thickens as Neha and Sudhanshu orchestrate a fake hijacking, bringing together a team that includes Jinu, Nikki, and Abbas, all of whom pose as passengers before revealing themselves as hijackers. Gaffar Siddiqui creates fake guns to facilitate their plan. Neha even drugs Kamal Yadav, the man mistakenly believed to be the Flight Marshal, to incapacitate him during the chaos. Sudhanshu, masquerading as the Flight Marshal, then fakes executing the hijackers and escaping with the genuine diamonds, while the others remove their masks and blend into the crowd, making the entire event appear as a heroic rescue.

In the aftermath, Neha makes an anonymous call to Harish Sanyal, warning him to halt any investigation or risk exposing his diamond smuggling operation. The authorities craft an official narrative of a hijacking and hail Kamal Yadav as a hero for his “courage.” Meanwhile, Neha sends a cryptic message to Sanyal’s phone, revealing that Ankit had obtained the code for the briefcase—a proof of his attempt to steal the diamonds. This revelation leads Sanyal to brutalize his secretary and Ankit, finally uncovering their involvement.

In an emotional encounter, Neha visits Ankit in the hospital, where he is recovering from injuries. She confesses that her revenge is complete, revealing her true motives in a cold, satisfied tone. As she departs, leaving behind her mask of remorse and justice, Neha boards a luxury flight, leaving Ankit to reflect on the treacherous game they played. Her final glance signals that her story of deception, revenge, and betrayal has reached its conclusion—her satisfaction sealed as she flies away in first-class.
