Set during the North African campaign, General Pandemonium receives a frantic call from Foghorn Leghorn about a stolen secret German document, and hurries toward the Carrotblanca nightclub—the Cafe Au Lait Americain—home to Eleanor Roosevelt’s All girl revue, with his friend, Sam Sheepdog. At the nightclub, Tweety, the real thief, engineers a plan and convinces Bugs Bunny to take the incriminating document for himself, setting off a scramble that pulls in a web of rival loyalties and old flame dynamics.

Meanwhile, Sylvester Slaszlo and his wife, Kitty Ketty (Penelope Pussycat), arrive at the club, bringing their own tension into the glow of stage lights and cocktail chatter.
