Judith Amanda Geeson, more known as Judy Geeson, is an English film, stage, and television actress. She commenced her career working on British television series, particularly her roaming role in The Newcomers from 1965 to 1967, before solidifying her career with her major film debut in To Sir, with Love (1967). Throughout the 1970s, her versatility manifested in a wide variety of films, from crime to thriller and horror genres. Her filmography includes The Executioner (1970), Fear in the Night (1972), Brannigan (1975) and The Eagle Has Landed (1976). Besides film, she also made remarkable appearances in stage productions in the 1980s, which included two performances for the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company. Geeson eventually relocated to the United States where she continued her television career, landing the recurring character role of Maggie Conway in Mad About You from 1992 until 1999.
