The movie begins with a chilling introduction to a character named Doom-Head (Richard Brake), who speaks directly to the audience. Despite his clown-like appearance, he clarifies that he is not there to amuse anyone; rather, he is a killer, and he is well-paid for his gruesome work. He engages in a chilling conversation with a tied-up and bloodied priest, played by Daniel Roebuck, discussing the fascinating endurance of cockroaches.
