During the Ferragosto national holiday, Enrico Marletti Enrico Maria Salerno, a middle-aged Roman engineer who hates crowds and longs for peace, travels with his wife Giuliana Marletti Sandra Milo to the crowded seaside resort of Riccione, where she has been vacationing for three weeks.
