What Is Waco About?

Preacher Sam Stone and his wife Jill stand at Sheriff Billy Kelly’s grave in Emporia, Wyoming. Businessman George Gates pushes Mayor Ned West to pardon gunfighter Waco, but West yields after daughter Patricia is assaulted. Jill plans to leave after learning Waco is released, while town boss Joe Gore, avenging his brother’s death, awaits his arrival.
