Spoilers ahead
Uuno Turhapuro has become the new President of Finland, bringing his signature blend of whimsy and political mischief to the highest office. In a bold, almost satirical move, he decrees that all cabinet ministers should wear happy face masks to boost public morale and appoints a mix of people from his home village to the government, including Härski Hartikainen and Sörsselssön, along with his own father and a few other locals. The result is a cabinet that feels more like a colorful village council than a traditional administration, signaling a presidency built on personality as much as policy.
