In an alternate Japan, the streets churn with the power of rival street gangs, and the factions known as the Tokyo Tribes carve up the city into conquered territories, forever skirmishing for dominance. The atmosphere blends neon-lit grit with a ritualized code, where loyalty is tested by blood and ambition moves quicker than the eye.

Mera, the head of the Wu-Ronz tribe in Bukuro, teams with Buppa of Buppa Town to ignite a larger conflict between the Wu-Ronz and the Musashino Saru. Their plan is blunt and brazen: spark a gang war that could tilt the balance of power in their favor. As tensions escalate toward a head-on confrontation, Mera makes a direct bid to target Kai, a popular figure within the Musashino Saru, aiming to strike at the heart of their morale and unity.

During the attempted strike, tragedy compounds the violence when Kai’s friend Tera is killed. Tera has long been beloved across the tribes, a symbol of shared history and collective memory that transcends rivalries. The loss reverberates through every block and alley, turning a contained feud into a citywide reckoning. In the wake of Tera’s death, the other Tokyo Tribes unite against Mera and Buppa, setting aside their differences to confront a common threat in an all-out war that threatens to tear the metropolis apart.
