
Eddie Marsh, an acrobat, joins the army and strives to befriend Kathryn Jones, the colonel’s daughter. Their budding romance encounters obstacles, notably the colonel’s disapproval. Eddie is also haunted by the fear of a mishap during his family’s trapeze act in the army’s variety show, which features a host of MGM stars.
