Ganesh Vishal Krishna arrives from Madurai to continue his MBBS degree in Chennai, carrying a calm resolve and a past he thought was settled. Srimathy Reema Sen, the daughter of his professor, steps forward to thank him for helping her escape from danger years ago. When the two finally meet in the city, they are surprised to discover they share a memory that runs deeper than either expected, hinting at decisions and bonds formed long before this moment.

In a well-turnished flashback, Eswari, a ruthless moneylender, squeezes families with crippling loans. Periya Karuppu steps forward to finish the threat, and Ganesh defeats him as well, revealing the truth behind his past: his relentless efforts to shield Chinna Karuppu and Eswari from a fate worse than death. With danger behind them, Ganesh and Srimathy acknowledge their love for each other and walk forward into a future grounded in trust rather than revenge, a moment watched by Srimathy’s mother Sriranjini as she quietly supports their choice.
