The Heroes of Telemark 1965

Rolf finds himself aboard the ferry during a moment of human connection—when he notices a widow and her young child preparing to sail—and improvises a tense, life-boat-like game for the children to practice with life jackets at the stern. The improvisation proves lifesaving when the vessel sinks, allowing the children, along with the widow, to escape.
