Lina Inverse Megumi Hayashibara and Naga the Serpent Maria Kawamura are two young sorceresses who roam the world in search of adventure and quick money, trading barbs and sharp witticisms as they travel. Their restless journey changes course when they meet a girl named Saleena Akiko Hiramatsu, who seems like a random victim of their latest petty food fight that ended with a powerful spell explosion. The truth, however, is darker: Saleena has been wounded since fleeing her village of Biaz, where the evil organization Zein enslaved the population.
