Set in 1988, a considerable seven years following the events of the previous films, the narrative centers on the Indian Revenue Service Officer Amay Patnaik. Always up for a challenge and known for his integrity, Amay has successfully confiscated over ₹4200 crores through his numerous raids. However, his 74th transfer takes him to the fictional town of Bhoj in Madhya Pradesh, where he targets a notorious white-collar criminal known as Manohar Dhankar, or Dada Manohar Bhai.

As Amay embarks on his 75th raid, he is determined to uncover the hidden black money associated with Dada Manohar Bhai. Unfortunately, his aggressive pursuit results in his suspension. Undeterred by this setback, Amay rejoins his Income Tax team after his suspension is lifted and continues his relentless chase of the corrupt politician. Partnering with lawyer Devinder Gehlot, who files a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against Dada Manohar Bhai, they work together to bring the truth about his financial misconduct to light.

In a twist, Dada Manohar Bhai attempts to bribe Gehlot with INR 5 crore. However, it is later revealed that Gehlot was initiated into the case by Amay himself. The lawyer cleverly captures the bribe in cash, presenting it as vital evidence in court, which subsequently orders an investigation into the financial discrepancies of Dada Manohar Bhai’s operations.

As Amay delves deeper, he uncovers a dark reality—Dada Manohar Bhai has constructed a deceptive public persona while orchestrating severe exploitation of vulnerable individuals in exchange for government job placements. He used corrupt schemes to acquire benami properties, laundering vast sums of black money through a network of shell companies set up in the names of unaware poor villagers. With this newfound knowledge, Amay organizes his Bhoj team for a series of raids against Dada Manohar Bhai’s assets.

The team is left in shock when Amay reveals that his previous suspension was a strategic move to keep Dada Manohar Bhai in the dark. The climax occurs during a raid at a lavishly built 5-star hotel, where they seize a staggering amount of illegally procured cash, property records, and extravagant items including solid gold faucets disguised as steel. The pièce de résistance is the discovery of an enormous golden forehand statue submerged in a pool at the entrance of Dada Manohar Bhai’s organization.

With his image deteriorating, a desperate Dada Manohar Bhai attempts to retaliate against Amay, only to be thwarted by his mother, who learns of her son’s misdeeds thanks to Malini, Amay’s wife. Her persuasive appeal leads to pivotal changes, prompting Dada Manohar Bhai to capitulate and surrender.

The film concludes with an intriguing twist, as Rameshwar Singh, also known as Tauji, considers an alliance with Dada Manohar Bhai, thus laying the groundwork for the next installment in the series, Raid 3.
