A man quietly exits The Pune Kitchen hotel, leaving behind a bag that contains a bomb. Moments later, the device detonates, killing several people and injuring many more.

At the PMO in New Delhi, a tense meeting unfolds as a senior official scolds the spy agencies for their repeated failures, which have allowed a rash of attacks to plague the country. A group led by Prabhat Kapoor volunteers to track down the mastermind behind these attacks — a figure identified in an intelligence report as Yusuf, nicknamed GHOST, who is believed to be hiding in Nepal posing as a doctor.

His superior, Rajesh Singh, is reluctant, arguing that Nepal is strategically vital for India. He ultimately concedes, but only with an urgent four-day deadline to bring the culprit to justice.

The team, including Shaumik Biswas, along with Javed, [Amit], [Bittu], and [Ravi], travels to Kathmandu under the guise of tourists. They move through the city with careful cover, hoping to blend in while they close in on their target.

In Kathmandu, Prabhat meets an informant named Laluji who says he might have seen the suspect at a house in Pokhra, near the capital. Back in Delhi, the ISI begins to track the team, growing suspicious of a group of tourists traveling without families or ladies, and ramps up its own efforts, though the leads so far prove inconclusive.

Undeterred, Prabhat presses toward the lead. While following Laluji, he catches sight of the man on a motorbike and quickly relays the development to his colleagues, a move that forces his senior to confront the evolving situation with his management. The higher-ups react with tension, but they ultimately decide to back the mission.

With time running short, Prabhat secures a backup and a three-man local police team joins the operation, a development that surprises the Indian ambassador who realizes the stakes are even higher than expected. The ambassador informs them that the person they are pursuing is not a doctor but a turbine engineer, adding pressure to the plan. Prabhat presses the ambassador for decisive action, giving five minutes to call in Nepal’s support or proceed without it.

ISI operatives, realizing an Indian arrest operation is underway in Pokhra, hurry to intercept. The team charges inside a house and encounters Yusuf alongside Maachis, another wanted terrorist. They arrest the two and begin the return trip to India, with the ISI in hot pursuit. The Nepal border gate closes just as the Indian convoy nears, preventing a last-minute interception.

It is revealed that the chief security officer was convinced to help them by Prabhat, a pivotal turn that clears the path for the arrests. The news of Yusuf and Maachis’s capture goes public, and the team shares a quiet, hard-won moment of relief and celebration, having crossed a dangerous line to stop the attacks.
