Siri, Trisha Krishnan, grows up as a traditional rural girl in Andhra Pradesh, raised by her devoted elder brother, Sivaramakrishna, [Srihari]. Their world is shaped by a painful family history: twenty years earlier, their wealthy father remarried, expelled the children and their mother, and left them to fend for themselves.
