What Is Neptune Nonsense About?
The premise of Neptune Nonsense without spoilers.
Felix feeds his pets—a bird, two dogs and goldfish Annabelle—who feels lonely. Determined to find a companion, Felix ventures underwater where he discovers another goldfish distressed. He is summoned before King Neptune, accused of wanting to eat the fish, but explains his motives. Neptune grants him a fish from the orphanage, leaving everyone content.
