Sisters Marisol and Mariluz live apart—Mariluz with an uncle in Rio, Marisol with mother in Madrid. Their mother works hard, eventually selling everything to fund a trip to Brazil to reunite the family. In Rio they discover the governess and her lover plotting to swindle the uncle, forcing the sisters to thwart the scheme and keep family together.
