
When a bewildered eyewitness wrongly identifies New York cab driver Brick Tennant as a murderer, he is sentenced to death for a crime he didn’t commit. Only his devoted fiancée, Mary, knows he was with her at the time. As his execution draws near, Mary takes it upon herself to investigate and uncover the real killer.
