Spoilers ahead
Youth ministry leader Davis faces termination after escorting his students to view Antichrist, while office worker Mark loses his job due to budget constraints at his company. In their shared desperation for work, the two team up through a sober transport agency, assigned to transport a teenager named Sheridan Kimberly to a rehabilitation clinic. Initially, Mark assumes Sheridan’s visit is for substance abuse treatment, a notion Sheridan feeds by weaving tales of past drug adventures, even claiming to have snorted heroin off strippers.
