Sean Crawley is a struggling young man trying to make ends meet in the suburbs of Los Angeles, where every shift feels like a risk and every new lead could change his fortunes. One day, he is introduced to a shady real estate developer named Ray Matthews by his boss, a man known as Duke Wayne. What starts as a dubious job offer quickly escalates into something much darker: Ray motions Sean to tail an accountant named Eric Gatley, who has been quietly digging into Ray’s business practices. The arrangement tightens its grip when Ray privately offers Sean a chilling incentive—$13,000 to kill Eric. The weight of that choice weighs on him, but the lure of money and a chance to climb out of his precarious situation pushes him forward.
