In this horrific yet darkly comedic tale, three friends—Brody, Craig, and Doug—embark on a quest to find a new house that will help them meet women. They are given a property by Winnie, an Asian woman played by bobby-lee, who seems eager to help them start fresh. However, their new home soon reveals itself to be far more sinister than they initially believed.

Early on, the friends encounter a mysterious Mexican man, portrayed by Héctor Jiménez, who warns them about the house being the site of evil forces, cautioning them that it might be a portal to hell. The men dismiss his warnings, mistaking him for a squatter who is just talking about hot sauce, and pay little attention to his warnings. The tension escalates when they meet three attractive women—Lucy, Jezebel, and Delilah—who seem to fit their criteria for a good time.

Despite the seemingly friendly appearances, the Mexican man reappears, now dressed in drag and revealing himself to be an angel. He desperately tries to warn the friends that the house is truly evil. Tragically, the house’s dark influence takes control, and the angel turns violent, ripping out his own heart before leaping out of the window, an act that appears to kill him. As the chaos unfolds, a fire marshall—played by sam-mcmurray—comes to inspect the property, only to be dragged into hell by the malevolent forces within the house. The friends believe they have passed the inspection, but in reality, the house’s sinister nature is only beginning to reveal itself.

They decide to throw a party in the house, unaware of the terror they are about to unleash. The party quickly turns to chaos as several guests are gruesomely killed. Notable among the victims are actor [Joey Lawrence], a pair of German triplets named Vance and Wayne, and a midget porn star called Tito. The friends, [Eric] and [Craig], stumble upon the bodies and realize the full extent of the danger. It is then that the Mexican angel makes a startling return, now dressed in drag, and reveals himself as an angel warning them that the house is a portal to hell. The revelation sparks new horror: the women—Jezebel and Delilah—are actually minions of the devil, and Lucy is revealed to be the devil herself. A disturbing scene unfolds as Lucy attempts to seduce [Brody], but he is disgusted when he discovers that she has a penis, exposing her true, unsettling form.

The friends desperately try to warn the remaining party guests about the impending danger. As Lucy, Jezebel, and Delilah arrive, they trap all the guests within the house. The group tries to fight back with holy songs, but charm and faith seem ineffective against the dark forces. An elderly priest known as Backwater, played by lin-shaye, manages to use a powerful rock song to banish Jezebel and Delilah to hell. Despite the weakening of Lucy, Brody hesitates to finish her off, but is reminded of her devilish nature and her penis, leading him to send her back to hell as well. With the evil forces defeated, the house is destroyed, and in a miraculous twist, all of the slain guests come back to life.

Just as hope seems restored, Winnie reappears, offering to help the friends find a new house. However, it is soon revealed that Winnie is actually a demon, and he ominously tells the friends to “buckle up,” leaving the story on a chilling note. The film blends elements of horror, comedy, and supernatural suspense, creating a unique story about the dangers lurking behind seemingly innocent encounters and the chaotic battle between good and evil.
